Robb,
I’ve had such massive concern and frustration over your situation. I’m so thankful that you are healing and I can not wait to sit with you again and listen and talk like old times 🙂 It would be really good for our two families to reconnect, I know you guys are really busy but email me and let me know how your schedule/feeling is about getting together in March.

Rob,
In case you were the least bit concerned: Jill is definatly a “keeper” ( 🙂 ). She has been a wonderful tool of God during your “vacation”.
However, all would suggest that you ask God for a more pleasant vacation spot next time. Though, as you all look back on the entirety of your stay; God definatly got your family’s attention at His timing, and in this timing, has impacted each person specifially.
I suspect that you felt God’s direct involvement in your “entire” life situation.
This is quite a site.
Mike and Kristen used a web site as a wedding information tool.
As you may know, Mike and Kristen are to be the proud parents of a newborn son; Nethanial Sharples. He has gladly accepted a late April arrival schedule. God willing.
Of course He is likely unaware of just how much love to expect. Man will he be plesently suprised.
Great-grandmother Veryl Sharples and both sets of Grandparents proudly continue “grandparental” duties. (mostly to set aside cash for those many Austin, Texas visits.)
We are all so pleased to have you back among us, and now to go forward with the knowing that only God can teach.
God bless you brother.
Jeff

Dear Rob,
I know you probably do not know who I am but I have been keeping tabs on you and your progress. Like everyone in the FUMC Bedford and Gateway family, I was praying for you and your wonderful family that God would shine His incredible love and healing power into your life and health. I am so thankful for Bob Mock’s email to keep me in touch so I can continue to pray for you.
Be blessed,
Victor (a friend)

Rob,
Glad to hear how God has answered prayer! We are rejoicing with you as you recover. We will continue to pray that you will not have to receive ongoing treatments.
We received the news and updates via my mom throughout your ordeal. I hope your full strength returns quickly.
I think the last time I saw you guys was at the funeral for David and Sarah’s baby boy and before that I don’t know when. A quick update on us: we have 6 kiddos (4 girls, 2 boys) living in Tomball, TX (near Houston). My wife and I lead worship in a fellowship we helped start about four years ago. We enjoy it but didn’t realize how much work it would be. If you are a Facebook fiend, look me up there.
God Bless,
Drew

Hello Robb–I have never had the pleasure of meeting you in person, but have “known” you through you wonderful family. I came to know Jill and Judy through Curves several years ago–in fact it was when Reegan was 6 weeks old!! The Curves family is very proud of Jill’s accomplishments and we feel very blessed to have her as a member, and Reegan is my very favorite “playmate”–I love when she visits to help me in my office!
You have a great website–I have really enjoyed reading it. Thank you for sharing the word of God!!!
May God keep smiling on you & yours. You are always in my prayers. Stay strong on your journey.

Robb,
First, thank you for the birthday wishes. We are so glad to hear you are getting stronger. When I heard you were sick I knew that our God would get you through it. I know that your mission on earth is not yet complete. Knowing you are in the school system gives us hope. I also wanted to tell you and Jill what a difference you and Jill made in my/our lives. Working with you and Jill at YFN is still on of the best experiences in my life. I learned so much and it ignited a passion in me for teenagers. Then in 2001, you let me come back to help with YFN in what was one of the darkest times of our lives. You were one of a handful of people who loved us unconditionally. It was a definite turning point in our lives. Jason loves the quote, “Preach the Gospel everywhere and if necessary use words.” You and Jill definitely live your lives that way. You are REAL and an example of what a “Christian” truly is. Thank you just isn’t enough to say what you and Jill have meant to us. You and your family are in our prayers always. We thank God for you and Jill. We pray God will bless you beyond what you can even imagine. Thank you again for all you have done for us!
